Dell 2135cn Multifunction Color Laser Printer Copier Scanner Fax

We have owned this model for one year and one week. We have had to have the entire unit replaced three different times over the past year with the most recent replacement two weeks ago. Last week the motor went out and since we are one week over our warranty period Dell has told us it is our problem now even though the current unit we have is only two weeks old. The performance of this unit is awful and the customer support is even worse. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Just got the product. So my opinion isn't very strong. BUT so far, very happy with my purchase. In use in a small office. Very Happy.

I bought this printer 1.5 years ago and it's been excellent. Absolutely no problems. I haven't even had to replace the toner yet - such a relief compared to ink jets!
