Konica Minolta magicolor 7300 Print Unit (1710532-002)

After reading the prior review on this product I decided to clarify what this product is (by looking at the part number). For those who are considering purchasing the Magicolor 7300, this item is NOT for the laser printer, but the Yellow PRINT UNIT! There are 4 separate print units for this printer (one for each color) that need to be replaced over time, the previous reviewer should know that if they own the machine. The previous reviewer below posted that this price was for the printer, but it's not. I also own the magicolor 7300, purchased it several years ago and it's an excellent laser printer. I also paid about 3k for it. I use it at work to print 11 x 17 catalogs, literature, proofing, etc. I'm very happy with it. Sure, it's expensive to operate, but so are most other business line laser printers that are capable of 11 x 17 color.

I feel like a sucker. I got this laser printer 2 years ago and it's nothing but paper jam and toner empty alerts. One one color toner is out, the whole printer cannot be printed. I only use most of the black ink printing, but for some reason the color ink alerts always come on. Every single time, I try to print something there would be some sort of error. I got this printer when it was $3000, in less then 2 years it's only selling for $289. Sucker me.
