My roomate has an earlier version of this printer and it works fine. A friend of mine bought one and loved it so I found one for about half the price he paid for it and I love it. The print quality is supurb and the flexibility is wonderful. Only complaint I have is that you have to print out the users guide and even that was simple enough to print on both sides of the page without the extra duplex attachment. Just set it up to print odd pages only then when its done insert the papers back into the tray face down top in first and print even pages only and check the reverse page box and BAM!!! when its done you have both sides printed and in the correct order. This printer also has a slot for a dimm chip to increase its onboard memory from a wooping 64 thats included already. Who needs the duplex unit for double sided printing. What can I say. I just love this printer. So the person that just hated it because they could not print both sides, I am sorry but you need to think things thru...Read more

The lousiest printer that you can possibly have if you want to print the front and back of any page. The instructions are not helpful either. It was a constant heartache. Get something else
