I purchased the MC361 recently and was delighted with its printing and scanning speed. The color is good, but I personally don't like the glossy toner finish. There may be a setting to make it matte, but haven't found it. Resolution is excellent and did I mention prints super fast with fast warm-up. I am somewhat disappointed with the customer care. Set-up is moderately difficult and time consuming, but was able to get many of the feature functioning in a few hours. Administration panel is detailed, but not intuitive. There are several places to input e-mail setting and refreshing the data is painfully slow. The e-mail to fax feature does not work and have been waiting for more than a week to get a response from support. Overall, happy with the purchase, but annoyed that my support request has been completely ignored. I can only imagine what phone support must be like.

We are now enjoying our new Oki MC361 Mfp color laser unit. When first installed it needed to be tweaked by our son, who is an IT pro., to work with our MAC computer with VMware for Quickbooks that we use for our business. After the tweaks the unit has worked well. Thank you for the good service and this helpful printing partner for our business operation.

It's a noisy beast...but the printing is great!

I love the Reversing Automatic Document Feeder (RADF)...I can now scan all my textbooks and resources easily and save them as PDF searchable files! Hours saved.(And it actually scans more than 50 pages at once...I accidentally plugged in 56 pages and it was no problem.)
