Bought this for the scan feature, but I nor a IT person can get this machine to scan. When you call for support from samsung, they can't help. Stay away from this machine if you want it to scan.

Purchased this puppy because I needed a high capacity multi and based on research, this seemed to foot the bill. It also comes with high capacity toners which make the cost of use fairly reasonable when compared to other.

The major problem is that at around 31 days or so I started having issues with the faxing. The one thing I need this thing to be sturdy and high capacity.

I am in the process of reaching out to Samsung because [...] won't don anything come day 31. My luck.
