PROS: Price is good and Samsung is a reputable name. The printer works via USB and I've had no major issues with it.

CONS: The print driver offers no options to make any adjustments such as the thermal settings of the print head. The receipts don't print blacks very dark and they look somewhat faded. I called the 800-number to support and was simply referred to the website for more info.

OVERALL: It works, but given the choice, I would choose something else like an Epson. You get what you pay for.
